Set Up the Client Portal and Invite Clients
Configure portal features, branding, and document rules, then invite clients to view cases, documents, invoices, and messages.
The client portal gives your clients a secure place to view case information, upload documents, read messages, see invoices, and pay online โ without calling the office for every update.

Your firm reads portal messages at Messages โ Portal (/messages/portal).

Tips for a smooth rollout
- Configure settings before the first invite โ clients see your branding and feature set on first login.
- Start with one pilot client โ confirm messaging, uploads, and invoices work end to end.
- Tell clients what to expect โ which features are on and how quickly you respond to portal messages.
- Keep email addresses current โ invitations and magic links go to the address on the client record.
