Staying up to date

Product changes (features, fixes, API behavior): deploy to the cloud — the desktop app picks them up automatically.
Desktop app updates (new Flutter build): use Settings → Check for updates in the app, or download a fresh copy below. On Windows, quit the app and run the new MyLawyerLink.exe from the extracted zip — downloading alone does not replace a copy that is still running. Signed macOS builds can also install in-app when auto-update is configured.
